I’m certainly not one for spending hours on end in the kitchen fixing up fancy shmancy meals. My trademark is making meals that are quick, involve minimal ingredients, and provide healthy nutrients. I cook most of my meals to serve 4 people, me and my boyfriend (he counts for 3 people since he eats like cow).
I don’t like measuring cups, i think there annoying and take too much time, so everything I make is pretty much eye balled unless I’m sticking to a specific recipe.
Mexican cuisine is my all time favorite, so don’t be surprised if you see me gravitate towards certain ingredients: beans, cilantro, burrito’s, corn, salsa (YUMMM).
