This is my ritual Tuesday and Thursday post AM work out breakfast. I love me some thick cold smoothies after a hard core work out!

Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

1 scoop of chocolate Whey protein

½ banana

1 tbspn of all natural peanut butter

1 cup of ice

1 tbspn of chia seeds

A pinch of xanthan gum (Used as a thickening agent)

1 packet of instant via starbucks coffee for a little “get me up”

Almond Milk – eye balled

Full Glass

Ready to drink on my way to work
