First time posting from my iPhone , wa-hoo!

Here’s what my workout agenda is for the week. I try my best to stick to it but sometimes it needs to be tweaked.

STILL waiting on my new running shoes to arrive so my runs are currently cut a little shorter then desired. Fingers crossed they arrive today!

Monday- 7:30 PM Short Run (3 miles)

Tuesday- 5:45 AM Circuit Training w/ Craig

Wednesday – 5 mile run

Thursday – 5:45 AM Circuit training w/ Craig

Friday – Early AM run (not sure how long yet)

Saturday- Rest (AKA manual labor most likely)

Sunday- Long Run
