Sunday dinners are usually super simple (no different than most of the meals I cook really) because I want to enjoy every minute I have left of the weekend. I thawed out some thin sliced chicken breast and laid out my assembly to start my panko crusted chicken.
The chicken was served with a side of roasted asparagus and Alexia Foccacia (too lazy to make anything else).
I was too excited to eat so I forgot to take a picture of the finished product, sorry! I think you got the jist though 🙂
