Sunday dinners are usually super simple (no different than most of the meals I cook really) because I want to enjoy every minute I have left of the weekend. I thawed out some thin sliced chicken breast and laid out my assembly to start my panko crusted chicken.

From right to left: Flour, 1 Egg, Panko

All ready to cook!

Cook in olive oil for a couple of minutes on each side, until golden brown

The chicken was served with a side of roasted asparagus and Alexia Foccacia (too lazy to make anything else).

Roasted in a foil boat with olive oil, salt/pepp, & garlic

I was too excited to eat so I forgot to take a picture of the finished product, sorry! I think you got the jist though 🙂
